Hi and welcome to our vacation home in beautiful Penticton B.C,
This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home sitting on a quarter acre in park like setting 3 blocks from the sandy beach of Skaha lake in a quiet residential area.
There is also ample parking for your car, boat or RV. This is a non-smoking home which offers central air conditioning, ceiling fans, thermal windows with screens, fire place, LCD Television with DVD, cable and high speed internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dinnerware and cooking supplies, stainless steel appliances, extra large fridge with ice maker and a water filtration system. It also has a gas stove, hood fan, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a water kettle.
Other amenities include high chair, play pen, excersaucer, umbrella stroller, wagon, vacuum, iron and on site laundry machine.
The living room is tastefully decorated with hardwood floors, wood window coverings, remote control fireplace, two sofa beds, coffee tables, sitting bench, lamps, TV, DVD, cable vision and high speed internet.
There is a indoor eating area which has a large table that seats 8 comfortably.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed with dresser, lamp, storage area and closet. The other two bedrooms have double over double bunk beds in each room and also have lamps, storage area, dressers and closets.
The main bathroom has a tub and shower combination, toilet, vanity, linen tower and medicine cabinet with mirrors and enough towels for two families. (No beach towels)
The second bathroom has a toilet, double sink, storage and a bidet. (Mini tub)
The laundry facility includes a full size front loading washer and dryer with dry rack. (High efficiency soap supplied)
The outdoor features a child friendly private yard that is neatly kept and enclosed with a cedar fence with gates. There are also two picnic tables and a natural gas BBQ grill on hand for outdoor lunch, dinner and BBQ.
This home has been specifically designed for sharing families wanting to create lasting memories in the minds of their children.

This warm and cozy bungalow provided a nice quiet retreat for some much needed rest and relaxation. It is situated close to Skaha Park, the marina and the lake. It provides lots of close amenities and is close to all the activities at the lake. Joe and his family went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed their home, the lovely yard and surrounding area.
Thanks again for the wonderful memories from your fantastic vacation home. We all loved the big yard, the cherries, the short stroll to the beach and the wonderful hospitality! See you next year!
Perfect place to stay for 1 or 2 families with small children. Our kids loved the large fenced-in backyard and we loved that it was within walking distance to the beach and playground nearby. Was wonderful to have 2 bathrooms as there were 2 families staying there. Everything was updated and very clean. The owners were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely stay there again!

As soon as we walked in, we were welcome to an open, clean space. Everything in kitchen was organized and had all we needed for our stay (even a rice cooker!) The rooms were bright and clean & the beds were comfortable and spacious. Extra linens were provided if needed. The backyard was not only huge, but beautifully maintained. It had a play area designated for the kids (including ride on cars, a little swing set, house & wagon). We also enjoyed having our meals on the large picnic table outside. This house is walking distance to beach and a 3 minute drive to pick up groceries. Overall a very convenient location. We look forward to staying here again next year!
We stayed at this vacation home for 4 days. The description of the property and photos are pretty accurate. It is about 5-10 minutes walk to the beach at Skaha lake Park. Park has nice playground with sprinkles which is fan for kids at hot summer day. Also, owner has a small playground on the site which can be used if kids don't want to go outside. Property itself was clean and well mantained. We could contact to the owner any time. He actually met us on arrival to address any potential issues which was very nice of him. We would say it is very comfortable for 2 families with young children 4 adults and 4 kids and you don't have to use convertable beds, just 3 bedrooms. Overall, we would recommend this property to a friend or relative with excellent mark meaning it met our expectations as a quiet family vacation place. In terms of attractions, good place to attend with kids is LokoLanding Adventure Park on 75 Riverside Dr. Naramata place has nice fruit orchads and wineries you can try out as well as nice beaches on Okanagan Lake.

House is easy to find in Penticton and the location is excellent! Less than a 5 minute walk to Skaha Lake, local Pub or a liquor store near by. The neighborhood is quiet and near a Tim Horton's. The house was clean and is fully stocked. The only complaint was there is only one plug-in in the kitchen and no plug-ins in the bathrooms. The house is dark due to low light, but over all the place was great, the beds are comfortable. Lots of room for a family of 6+. HUGE yard, great for kids to run around and BBQ's. Definitely worth renting!
