Multiple decks, gorgeous views plus a tidal float/dock for access to Annisquam River and all the fun activities and water sports you can handle. Within minutes of public boat launch and a few short miles to downtown Gloucester's shops and fabulous restaurants. Many of Gloucester's beaches nearby. This unit boasts an open floor plan. On the 1st floor is a half bath, kitchen, dining room, living room with unparalleled views of the river and good sized deck. The upstairs has laundry, 2 bedrooms/1bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a private waterfront deck off master bedroom. Easily accessible from Route 128, and close to public transport.

    90 days + in advance- full refund of deposit monies
    45 - 90 days in advance- 50% refund of deposit monies
