Each Villa measures 160 sqm , has three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms , plenty of outdoor decked terracing to enjoy al fresco meals, fully equipped kitchen, broadband internet, satellite TV. Located just 700 mt from the village of Pipa, and from it's renowned beaches , the development offers three swimming pools, an attractive feature lagoon, a bar and barbecue area. It's a fully gated condominium with 24 hours security. We provide housekeeping services as well as transfer from/to Natal airport ( one hour journey by car ). Pipa is the most up-market beach in the Rio Grande do Norte province, with more than 30 restaurants and a cosmopolitan nightlife. Home to dolphins and turtles , the village of Pipa is blessed with natural pools, plateaus, cliffs and semi-virgin beaches, It's the ideal place to go for surfing,

There are many reasons why i think of at this place as the perfect holiday destination: * It is close to the international airport of Natal ( one hour by car) , which is less than 7 hours flight from Lisbon ( Portugal ). The airport is served by many national carriers and charter companies flying out of Europe. * It enjoys sunshine all year round with an average temperature of 30 degrees and a constant pleasant breeze. * There are miles of unspoilt beautifull beaches. * The seawater is warm ( 27 degrees) with gentle waves for the surfing addicts. * It has an amazing wildlife, home to Dolphins,Turtles, Monkeys and Iguanas. * There is a beautiful landscape made of cliffs, dunes, lagunes and forests. * The food is fantastic! In August Pipa hosts a gastronomic festival. * It is cheaper than the Caribbean or any other tropical destinations. * There are many restaurants and shops, and the nightlife is buzzing. * It's very safe.
