Beaches Flamingo Beach is one of the most famous beaches of the area. Well known for the white sand, shade trees and low surf. A popular beach among locals and tourists alike. Conchal Beach is just a short drive away and also known as 'shell' beach. This is a long soft white sand beach and most popular with tourists. Potrero Beach is where all the fishing and sailing boats are anchored and is a protected bay area. Perfect for children to play. Playa Penca is a favorite of the local American's. It is usually not crowded and off the main road just like Playa Prieta. Prieta Beach is a short 5 minute walk across the road from the townhomes.
