Beautiful Property, Fully Equipped, Close to Downtown Asheville, Accommodating Owner!
My best friend and I stayed at Janis' cottage over Memorial Day Weekend, and we were not disappointed. The cottage is located on a dead-end street only a mile from the Biltmore, so it is quiet, but convenient. The cottage itself is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, a grill, washer and dryer, etc. We almost didn't want to leave to go experience the city. Janis has thought of everything. At the end of the stay, she asked us not to clean up much because we were on vacation. Janis greeted us the first evening to ask how she could help us with our stay. She provides a "black book" with hundreds of restaurant menus, hikes, and excursions. She is also extremely knowledgable about the area. It was like having our own personal tour guide. The house is clean, bright, and comfortable. I have stayed many places, but Janis' cottage is among the finest.
