This flat is in a two unit building with a common entry. The owner lives on the upper level. A free parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay allowing you to park next to your flat. We are in central San Francisco walking distance to Golden Gate Park, Haight-Ashbury, Twin Peaks, and UCSF. Easy access to highways in all directions. Market & Castro St is over the hill. Fifteen minutes by Metro Streetcar to the Downtown Financial District, Embarcadero Center, and Fisherman's Wharf. Twenty five minutes to the Ferry Terminal and ferries to Sausalito and Larkspur.

This property has a great location- only 2-3 blocks from the Golden Gate Park... plus only 2 blocks from all the public transit you need for your stay. Has a full kitchen which is great since we were traveling with our 6 month old baby. Everything is updated and modern- even has an office with internet! Besides the modern updates though it also has charm with the beautiful antique wood and furnishings. I would definately recommend- you just can not beat the price and the owner is very nice and helpful. Why pay more? This is not one of those properties where you get what you pay for- I think they should charge more really....... don't waste money on a high priced hotel room- stay with Micheal!

Great place and convenient location.

Spacious and clean and comfortable. Newly remodelled kitchen with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the back porch and yard. The computer with internet access was a real bonus. We had a car and really appreciated the free neighborhood parking permit. Michael is very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was enjoyable as it was within walking distance of the Golden Gate Park, and just a few blocks from the MUNI which allows you easy access to anywhere in San Francisco. We also used the internet service to find bus schedules and local restaurant menus. We were able to have a lot of meals in because of the wonderful kitchen with everything provided to make you feel at home. We stayed the end of October and enjoyed perfect weather with sunshine every day.

A fine way to visit The City

What a nice way to see San Francisco! It's very easy to feel right at home here. The kitchen has been remodeled recently and they've done a fine job. Inner Sunset is a great, safe neighborhood. And very convienent to public transportation, making it a good choice for tourists. We found more excellent resturants than we could try in our week in The City. And the back yard? A great place to relax after sightseeing. Step out in the street and you'll see a beautiful view of Victorian houses, Golden Gate Park with the tower of the DeYoung museum and on to the Golden Gate Bridge! Gorgeous!! Michael and his family made us feel welcome and did everything possible to ensure a terrific visit. We'll definetly be back.

this is our second time to stay at Michael's place. We were very pleased with our stay last summer, so we decided to stay here again for this trip. As others pointed out, the location is very convenient and the price is excellent. In addition, the neighborhood is quite and decent. Within the walking distance, there are some nice restaurants and even a small hill for those who like to hike and climb. We will certainly stay with Michael in the future.
