This condo is located just five minutes from Playa del Coco restaurants and the beach, and you will be in walking distance. Enjoy the large lanai overlooking the pool or relax inside the open living/dining room area. This newly Robb & Stucky-furnished condo has central air conditioning, washer and dryer, 32' LCD with DVD player, wireless Internet, and all the amenities you will need. Your rental includes membership at the Beach Club which offers a restaurant/bar, pools, hot tub, and cabanas. Tours are available for zip-lining, hiking, diving, snorkeling, fishing, volcano tours, surfing, etc. 0.9 kilometers to the Beach! 1.6 kilometers to the Beach Club (shuttle runs 4 times daily) 0.3 kilometers to the Auto Mercado (Grocery Store)

    We accept cash, wire transfers, PayPal and US Checks. Credit Cards accepted 2.62% fee applies for Visa/ MasterCard. Cancellations received more than 30 days or less from the scheduled arrival will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit). Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for Christmas, New Year's or Easter Periods.

    Please note there is an additional $50.00 charge per week for full access to the Beach Club. The restaurant and bar are open without the additional charge.

Lovely condo, in a beautiful complex. Very nicely decorated and spotless! They have a very helpful management staff. It is a short walk to very modern grocery store and charming village. The beach club is a very special place to spend your lazy days enjoying perfect weather. Everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and patient with our limited knowledge of Spanish. You will not be disappointed in your vacation plans by booking this condo!!
