Pure serenity. Bring your boat, because the lagoon is just across street. Public docks in the neighborhood. Perfectly located off Thomas Drive, and the beach is just a few steps down the street. St. Andrew's Park is only 1 mile away, and there you can catch a shuttle to Shell Island. Lot of great restaurants within walking distance, in case you don't want to cook. Comfortable privately-owned, single story, home. 1700 square foot, two car garage, across the road from the Beautiful Grand Lagoon, two bedrooms, two baths (one with a bidet), washer and dryer, and up-to-date kitchen appliances with granite counter tops. Bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, TVs and new Carpet. The family room is very spacious and nicely furnished with TV, stereo, Couch, and slumber bed for sleeping. After all activities of the day, enjoy the lovely furnished Solarium (porch) for your favorite drinks. This home is very private and has its own private parking.
