Here you are minutes from the Siesta Key Public Beach with sand reminiscent of the blazingly white beaches of Northwest Florida. There is also Siesta Village with excellent dining and pubs to enjoy. The quiet and secluded Turtle Beach is nearby on the South end of Siesta Key. Longboat Key is another great island for you to explore with quaint shops, excellent restaurants, and nightlife. Also experience St. Armand's Circle - a must for the avid shopper - located just 30 minutes away in Sarasota, FL. Lido Key is also another perfect area to visit close to this home including South Lido Beach Park which has lots of shade and is great for picnics and walks.     Electricity usage fee for air conditioning is $100 per week. Fee is mandatory from May through August. Fee will be discounted if reservation is less than one week.

Relaxing Getaway!

Once things got squared away, we had an amazing time at this home and area! We loved the pool! It is in a very quiet neighborhood. We took our boat out in the evenings from the private dock/boatlift. We had a great time, and hope to return again sometime.

We just returned from our trip to the Bradenton/Anna Marie Island area 1/2/09. This wonderful house was located in a quiet neighborhood very close to so many beaches. House was well-equiped and had a wonderful pool. Beautiful Longboat Key and Coquina Beaches within only 5-10 minute drive. Would definitely recommend staying at this property. Only downfalls were no phone, one TV, and beds could have been more comfortable.
