This newly renovated one bedroom unit has been completely rebuilt from the ground up with sleek contemporary finishes, while still retaining its1850's heritage. The living room features walnut beamed ceilings, a comfortable sofa and ebony and cow-hide club chair. A 32' flat screen T.V. with surround sound, C/D DVD player, ipod docking station & a closet containing a stack W/D. The kitchen has all new appliances including a frig w/ icemaker and features a bar counter area. The cozy bedroom features an extra firm pillow top mattress, & 400 count sheets (linens include; bed, bath and beach). The spa-like bath has a four head adjustable rainhead shower, glass tile and a hand held feature. The bathroom floor is heated for cool mornings. The unit has walnut floors through-out. There is a central A/C system. The unit includes a private rear deck, with table and chairs, privacy hedge & one parking space. A great location, at the corner of Franklin & Commercial St. The West End of Town

This condominium is located at the corner of Franklin & Commercial St in the West End. It is a perfectly situated. Close enough to downtown to be a short walk to all the shops & restaurants, but far enough from the bustle to allow for quiet relaxation. Walk to small local beaches, & ten minute ride to Herring Cove & Race Point Beaches. Ten minute walk to ferry (cabs are available).

Nice new place.Warm and comfortable.Took some cool showers cause the owners were there and used their shower the same time. Would go again. Clean,nice shower,good bed and quiet

We found this location online after our first choice was fully booked and we were pleasantly surprised.
Beautiful renovation and the images are accurate but don't really do it justice. It's perfect for a single person or a couple with high-quality finishes and amenities; Brian, the owner told us we were only the 2nd rental tenants.
The location is at the west end of Commercial St. accross from the military installation - close enough to everything and quiet at night. High recommendation!
