Come here to experience an atmosphere of relaxation, tranquility and an unparalleled comfort enhanced by amazing sea views of the Blue Sea of Cortez. This suite is very spacious with unique floor plan. It is uniquely and artfully decorated and exquisitely custom furnished. It is 1400 SF. This unit is on the ground floor. That means you don’t deal with elevators. Just 3 steps put you in the pools and the beach. You get a spectacular breathtaking ocean view from the balcony. The bedroom has Plush Queen Bed. It has a private door to the bathroom for privacy. The bathroom is also accessible from the living for the other company’s privacy. A telephone and Flat screen TV and DVD player. Fully equipped bathroom has Spa quality Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities in the bathroom. Dinning area and breakfast bar. Gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar with granite counter tops.

Notes: This unit is on the ground floor. That means you do not have to deal with the elevator. Just 3 steps put you in the common pools area and the beach. You get a spectacular breath-taking ocean view from the balcony. Master Bedroom has King-size bed and Living Room couch is also a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (2 with privacy). This unit is in the rental pool and managed by Las Palomas. If you rent from an owner not in the rental pool you will only be able to check in between 10am-7pm, you will have to get a room key from the owner, you will have to provide an id to check out pool towels, you will have no phone service in the room, you will not have daily maid service, you will not have maintenance service in the condo if needed and many more services provided only to units managed by Las Palomas. Only rent from an owner in the rental pool, it is not worth a ruined trip. Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, Satellite TV, Flat Panel TV in every room

I was excited for my trip but, when I arrived I definately got what I was expecting...... Very beautiful place, family friendly and lots of pools.. My family and I loved it. Very relaxing and plenty to do. The place is truly well worth the money you spend there and grounds are wonderful... We will be going back, hopefully very soon. Working with the owner was very easy and a pleasure to speak with, very kind man. I definately recommend this property very elegant and spacious.

Thanks for a great vacation spot!!!!

IT IS A BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. WE WILL TRY TO STAY HERE AGAIN THE NEXT TIME WE GO TO ROCKY POINT.VERY KID FRIENDLY, WE WERE FEELING GUILTY FOR NOT BRINGING OUR LITTLE ONES.
