Charming sunny designer first floor apartment, situated in a 19th Century corner building in the centre of Cannes, seconds from the Rue d'Antibes. 2 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. Lovely quarter of Cannes with many antiques shops, art galleries and great restaurants. Sleeping 4 comfortably, in one twin/double bedroom and with a full sized double sofa bed in lounge. A south facing balcony, high ceilings and large French windows make the apartment very sunny and bright. It has air conditioning, new modern bathroom(bath and shower), a fully equipped modern kitchen(dishwasher and washing/drying machine) and heating for winter rentals. Comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout, and totally renovated during late 2003 and fully equipped with UK satellite TV, DVD/CD and free WIFI connection, the apartment is the perfect location for festivals, congresses and holidays all year round. Secure Parking available very close by.

Close to palais du festivals The apartment is in an arty quarter of Cannes. Quiet, but only seconds from the Rue D'Antibes and its fabulous shops and restaurants. SNCF (2 minutes on foot) will take you to/from Paris, and along the coast to St Tropez, Nice and Monaco Close to Nice airport. Buses available nearby.Covered Parking available nearby.

This apartment lived up to expectation and the details provided were accurate. The owner was helpful, charming and on-hand. We were even provided with a 'welcome pack' - bagette, butter, juice, etc in case we arrived late. The position is excellent and the property itself was clean, well maintained and comfortable. We have no hesitation in recommending this property.
