Located directly on the lake near all of the resort amenities at Horseshoe Bay's premier THE WATERS complex with spectacular open water views of Lake LBJ (constant level lake). It offers absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, the lighthouse and the surrounding Texas hills (no direct western sunlight keeps this condo cool during hot summer days!!).
**Guests will receive a temporary membership to 100% of all Resort amenities and concierge services. Amenities include access to 3 Robert Trent Jones golf courses, the Marina and Yacht Club, lake access, 3 swimming pools, The Bayside Spa, Complimentary Paseo Fitness Center, resort restaurants, tennis, private miniature golf and much more. The Waters complex also has its own private pool.
We are situated in the heart of Texas, just an hour west of Austin, and within the renowned 7,000-acre Horseshoe Bay Resort. The Resort lies along the shore of beautiful constant-level Lake LBJ in the midst of scenic Texas Hill Country. The private airport is only 1/2 mile away.
This unit has been decorated with premier furnishings and flat screen LCD TVs!! The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops and fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and flatware. For your entertainment, there are two flat screen LCD TVs, Cable TV, WIRELESS INTERNET, and an Apple iPod docking station. Full size washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers and bathrobes are also provided. The fully-furnished balcony will allow you to relax overlooking the lake with a nice Texas breeze (5 floors up). Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, tennis, pools, spa, gym, and the marina...and of course the lake is just out the front door. Why spend your weekend in another stuffy hotel? And remember, the nearby Marriott rooms do not have balcony's to enjoy (it's not even directly on the lake)!
Nightly resort fee ($26) includes: one-time bicycle rental for two, access to golf practice facilities, 24-hour usage of Tennis Fitness Center, tennis courts and racquet usage, access to select Horseshoe Bay Resort private facilities including the Yacht Club and beaches on Lake LBJ and complimentary wet area access at Bayside Spa, complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access, access to Hotel, Paseo and Yacht Club pools—each with towel service, self-parking, transport service to resort amenities, golf bag storage, in-room coffee and tea, self-service laundry facilities, local and long-distance telephone calls and lobby daily newspaper.
