Luxury home on a quiet gated community this home has all you dream of and more. Free long distance and local phone calls, cable TVand DVD in all rooms and great addition outside lighting on the pool deck.When its dark outside you can still use the pool in comfort.Please ask for our website link where you will see a short film about the villa and the area. . Massive 40 foot sunbathing deck with brand new patio furniture. Free wifi internet. Flat screen TVs and DVDs. Pirates of the Caribbean games room. Fooseball air hockey , darts , pool and board games .Hot tub with hydrotherapy jets. Each bedroom is delightfully decorated with tasteful furnishings and a touch of elegance.

There is a family room with home cinema cable TV and DVD, fully fitted kitchen with massive fridge and a separate laundry room with washer , drier and ironing facilities. Not overlooked , largest lot on the community. From crisp white sheets to fluffy new towels this home is pure indulgence

Security: Please don't worry about security.

Our villa is on a gated community where a code is required to enter.

The villa is fully alarmed and our management company live on the same community.

They provide emergency call out.

Pets: Pets are allowed if agreed.

$10 per night

Booking Terms: Booking Terms.

Thank you for your interest in our home in Orlando Florida.

To secure the villa for your stay here are the terms and conditions.

A $300 deposit is required to secure the dates. This is non refundable.

The balance is then due 6 weeks prior to your arrival .If you should cancel after this time this amount is non refundable. We advise you take out your own insurance.

2 weeks prior to your arrival a $300 totally refundable security deposit is due. This is sent straight back once the villa is checked and no damage is found.

Pool heat is $30 per night should you require it. We recommend that you don’t need pool heat from May until October.

Hot tub heat is included in the price and is on all year.

Our home is a no smoking environment.

About Lynda Meyrick

This is a picture of me and my husband at NASA in 2011. We just love everything central Florida has to offer.

I am a Nurse working for the NHS in UK and have 2 grown up girls.

This year we have had our very first grand child and cant wait to take her to Bibbity Bobbity Boutique.We visit the villa twice yearly to make sure everything is just right.

We had an absolutely brilliant time at this villa. 4 generations of us travelled, a party of 9 and each and everyone one of us loved the villa. Plenty of room for all of us and the pool and hot tub and patio area were first class.

The whole process of booking the villa and then driving directions was handled superbly and all are queations before travelling were answered very quickly and helpfully by Lynda, couldnt fault anything.

Loved it all and were highly recommend this villa and would definately stay their again. Great times and thanks for letting us share your lovely home.Jackie

It was good.

This was our first house rental in Florida. It was good.
We had 2 families and it was nice to be together, had enough room (6 bedrooms) although only 1 king bed (not 2 as advertised). The pool was enjoyed by the kids, sun deck by the adults and kids.
Needs some landscaping, no real grass and most weeds were a foot high
Hot tub was our biggest disappointment. Wasnt hot when we got there and took a long time to heat up, when it finally did it turned cloudy within half a day (no chemicals in tub). Called the amnagement company and after 2 visits they emptied the hot tub and replaced the water. After that finally warming up it lasted a day and turned cloudy again (no chemicals).
The location of this house is very nice and close to the highway and stores.
The games room was nice
The house was clean.
We would possibly stay here again.

The location is great for Posner Park we agree.
We purchased the beds at the same time from the same supplier and they are king beds. They both have king sized linen.
We are sorry you had problems with the hot tub. It has chemicals in. It has to by Florida law. We have a certified pool company and they use chemicals that do not smell at all but they do sometimes turn the water cloudy. We would certainly be in big trouble if we didnt use chemicals.
We hope you had fun and will book with us again.

Had a great time!

This rental was ideal for our stay and for the price was pretty amazing. It is not the largest home but this meant we could all stay together and helped create a great 'family buzz'.

The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub.

The community is right on the intersection of I4 and 27 so all the parks were really handy and there is a shopping center just over the road which was ideal.

We had one tiny issue and the management company were there within a few hours to resolve it. It was our mistake and they fixed it.

In short, if you are looking for somewhere convenient and quiet away from the hustle and bustle then you couldn't pick a better home than this one.

We will be back....... :)

What fun we had

Just had to write a review and say what a great time we had in this lovely villa.
The owner asked me to post this review as they have had 2 bad reviews this year. I cant see why. The home was clean . Spotless in fact. The pool was a welcome place when we were tired from walking around the parks and the games room was lots of fun.
Everything was well maintained.
The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pans , utensills , dishes etc,
The furniture looks new,
The bedding is new.
The towels were all soft and looked new.
The garden is well maintained. ( there are a few dry spots but this is Florida )
The villa is close to Posner Park shopping.
The owner was fabulous to work with.
What we really liked was the neighbourhood. They are so friendly here.

Great home great location

Thank you Lynda and Mark for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.We were a little concerned given the review below but all I can say is everything was just great for us.
The home has obviously been well looked after and is clean and comfortable.
Posner Park accross the street has some really nice shops and a fabulous little coffee shop.
Very near to Disney .
Kids loved the pool and were in it everyday.
We experienced the hottest January on record and with highs of 86 it was nice to come home to a cool house to relax.
We didnt use the hot tub as the weather was just too warm.
Kitchen is well equipped and bathrooms have plenty of towels.
The neighbours are very friendly and we were invited to their bbq.
What a great vacation
We will definately return
