River Cottage

The cottage is located on the St. Joe River (would be great if you own a boat and like to fish). The atmosphere is quiet, calm, relaxing. Its a 20 minute ride into downtown St. Joe's. The cottage is clean and well-maintained. Even though it is an older place it is well appointed with new appliances and air conditioning.

The cottage is centrally located if you wish to travel to the area wineries, the Box Factory - an artist co-op, golfing, or Saugatuck.

Our family of five was greatly accommodated and happy to be there. It was clean and calm and beautiful. We will definitely rent this home again on all of our Michigan travels. We highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great vacation!

A Nice Getaway From the City

This house is a wonderful getaway from the city. Cozy, comfortable and quiet. With the river as your front yard and a nice spacious back yard it makes a nice romantic getaway. St. Joe's is a lovely little beach town. With nice restaurants and friendly people, you're guaranteed to have a relaxing trip.

The house is clean ,simple and very comfortable,the river offers very good fishing opportunities and the evenings are great to be enjoy on the front porch and the 2 decks.you'll find plenty to do and explore in the area from fruit picking to charter fishing ,fine dining and plenty more.we had a great time and enjoy the peace that offers this place , a nice change from our city life.
