Old Orchard Beach Vacation Rental house

We have been coming to Old Orchard Beach for several years now and have stayed on both sides of the Pier and in Ocean Park. We have to say that this house is perfectly located to be able to park our car and either walk or bike ride to everything that Old Orchard Beach and Ocean Park are known for.

The way the house is organized with a living room and kitchenette upstairs and a living room and full kitchen downstairs made our vacation relaxing! The kids were able to play games, watch movies or television and make themselves some snacks upstairs while the adults were able to talk downstairs without interruptions.

There are enough beds for 12 people and we especially liked the Captain's Quarters for the couple without children who came with us. While the rest of us had put the kids to sleep, they were still able to come and go through their private entrance without disrupting anyone.

The description says 120 steps to the beach, but we thought it seemed closer. We made frequent trips back and forth to the beach during the day with various kids in tow and it was very convenient.

We definitely used the outdoor shower on the front of the house and sat on both decks in the evening. We can't wait for our vacation next summer because we are certainly going to rent this house again!
