Great house, plenty of room. Best deal on Lake Livingston.

We had plenty of room. Master bedroom was huge with a huge bathroom and closet. Slept 6 adults (in beds) and 3 kids (on the floor) comfortably in the main house. We did not use the game room much, but it was nice as well. Lot was huge with plenty of car and boat parking. Front yard (by the lake) was two tiered and provided a nice area for games. Livingston is a massive lake with great fishing. If skiing is your thing it is difficult to find calm water, but it is possible. We found a couple of coves that blocked the wind and stayed relativly calm very close to this property (basically on the other side of the lake and south a bit). If fishing is your thing this particular section of Livingston is perfect for fishing. Lots of stumps (so be careful with your boat) and a very shallow "sand bar" in the middle of the lake right out in front of this property. We took our fishing boat over and tied up. The water was about 2 feet deep so the kids swam, guys fished, and ladies "sun bathed". At night, we caught lots of catfish right off the pier. Overall we had a wonderful time at time at this house.
