This condo is an amazing rental -- the best my family and I have ever encountered! The owners take GREAT CARE of the space and it shows -- from the moment we walked in, the environment was VERY clean, homey, and relaxing. And quite spacious! The space itself is bigger than the pictures show -- the living/dining area is quite large, and the master bedroom has a bathroom, closet, sink/beauty area, and extra storage/linen closet. The bedroom with king-size bed also has a bathroom in it, which is spacious. The bedroom with the queen-sized bed has a huge closet full of beach chairs, toys, etc. -- all in fantastic shape! Overall, the bathrooms were meticulously clean, which I think is important to note. The kitchen has all the amenities needed (coffee pot, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc.) -- all in fantastic shape also -- and the washer/dryer is a major bonus!!! The property overall was in solid condition too --- the pool (and surrounding area) is immaculately clean. The beach is steps away, as is Ron Jon Surf Shop, CVS, grocers, restaurants, mini-golfing, etc. You could walk to Ron Jon in about 10 minutes. The owner of the condo proved to be very CONSIDERATE, RESOURCEFUL, TIMELY, SWEET, and FLEXIBLE. He cares a great deal about ensuring that his condo is a source of relaxation for those who rent it. I honestly have no negative remarks to make -- our family really lucked out in this find.
