Condo is conveniently located on the Northern hotel zone, 15 minutes walk from down town, at one of the best coastal strips on the island. Snorkeling is fantastic and swimming is safe. The building has only eight units which allows for privacy all year round. The beach area has a swimming pool, a sandy beach, a veranda with hammocks, a sun-deck, and a pier. The condo has gorgeous panoramic views of the Caribbean, and it is decorated in fine Mexican Colonial style. It is fully equipped. A/C and fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed overlooking the ocean. The second room has two double beds and two closets. All towels and linens are provided, as well as maid service, kitchen basics, and drinkable water.

Each family ought to cross the sea at least once in life, in order to receive the blessings of Lady Ixchel, Patron Goddess of Fertility, Abundance and Medicine, whose temple was found in the main ceremonial center which today it is possible to visit at San Gervasio ruins. The beauty and richness of its sea, the exuberance of its Nature and the importance of its archaeological vestiges, together with the wide variety of shopping and dinning it offers, makes it one of the most attractive destinations not only in Mexico but in the Caribbean.

About the service: You will receive a personalized service throughout the booking process and during your stay on the island. At your arrival there will be some cold beverages and snacks so that you can enjoy your stay from beginning to end... You will also find a welcome letter with some tips and info, from groceries and shopping to scuba diving options and Cozumel´s beaches.

About the owner: The owner is an Anthropologist specialized in Ancient Mayan Culture and Calendars. She loves Cozumel and is very happy to share this small piece of paradise with you and your dear ones. At the condo, you will find a booklet that the owner wrote with an introduction to this ancient culture, of which Cozumel was a very important political and ceremonial center. If you ever wanted to know anything about the Maya, now you have the chance to know!
