Sunset Beach Vacation Rental villa

We go to the North Shore every other year, and this year we invited the entire family and needed a larger place to stay. We stayed at the house with a group of 18 people ranging in age from 1 to 70, and it was perfect. The house is exactly as described and better, the pictures do not do it justice. We all had plenty of room and space to spread out, all of the bedrooms have their own bath and open to the outside, the entire upper floor has a balcony that wraps around 3 sides of the house and the best view of the north shore, stars, and sunsets. The bedrooms, baths, and pool room on the lower floor also open to the outside from every room and you can walk right outside onto the huge patio. The baths make it great for coming in from the beach and getting ready. The kitchen and dining room are huge and easily accomodated all of us for meals. There is everything you need at the house from towels to beach toys, snorkels, bikes, high chairs, pack n plays, books, 2 huge washers, 2 huge dryers, you name it, all there. The house is right on the beach and all of us could walk out and hop right in the water, perfect during the sumer for swimming and boogie boarding. Leigh the property manager was great with helping with any issues and took care of everthing, came by and even got an extra bed out of storage for one of the kids to sleep on. The owner was quick with responses to calls and questions during the planning stage. Ted's bakery and kitchen is right up the road, best dessert and plate lunches around, I think we had about 11 whole pies or cakes while we were there, cannot beat it. Also, in the harbor at Haleiwa is the North Shore Sailing Catamaran, Captain Don and Ryan took us out snorkeling earlier in the week and then we chartered the whole boat for a sunset farewell cruise the last night, these guys were great, very patient with the younger and older cruisers, great time cruising up the beach, talking and visiting with everyone on the boat almost like family, perfect ending to a perfect trip.

This is the perfect house for a large family or group, lots of open space in the living areas, lots of secluded space and sitting areas in the bedrooms. All in all perfect.
