Great for family groups in a quiet wooded setting half a mile to Cranmore mountain ski area and close to town center. Short drive to Storyland, Echo Lake , Attitash, Wildcat, Saco River canoeing, outlet shopping and all area attractions. Small complex with pool and tennis court. Full size washer and dryer. Air conditioner in large master bedroom with private bath. Wet bar in lower level large family room with large screen TV and wood stove. Free wireless Internet and free U.S.and Canada long distance telephone. Large dining room, large living room with great fireplace and 2 level deck. North Conway area offers four seasons of activities. Downhill skiing and boarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, sleigh rides, ice skating, and more are available in winter. Spring and summer offer beautiful sightseeing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, biking, golf, Storyland, and of course shopping. Magnificent foliage in fall rounds out the year.

Ski: Short one half mile from Cranmore base lodge. 15 minutes to Attitash, Wildcat or Black Mountain. 40 minutes to Bretton Woods.

Awesome House!

This was a great condo for me and my family. We had 6 kids, 1 toddler and 9 adults staying for 2 nights and had PLENTY of room for each of us. The kids loved the basement. The condo was very clean. The kitchen had all of the utensils you needed and was set up so you could see into the living room and dining room. I would highly recommend this condo. We will definitely rent this condo again.

We rented this vacation home along with another family for a trip to Storyland this summer. It worked out perfectly! Tons of room, clean, beautifully maintained and stocked with everything we could have possible needed and more. So close to many of the local attractions, shops and restaurants. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. Prior to renting this condo we stayed in hotels while in North Conway. Never again!

The condo was perfect. Easily fit 13 people, including 5 children under 9. Clean, well kept, comfy beds and spacious rooms. Close to everything we wanted to do: hiking, mountain biking and shopping. The condo complex was quiet and relaxing. And the owners were a joy to deal with! Thanks for a perfect vacation.

Very glad we found this place....our 3rd year!

This was our third year in a row renting this home. We have gone here with 3 other families and have loved it. Plenty of space, very clean and Kathy and Jeff always are very helpful. We are very comfortable here with 4 couples and 8 kids. Just a short drive to Storyland, Echo Lake and Cranmore Mountain is right around the corner. Close to shops, yet it still is very private.

With the two huge living rooms, there is room for the adults and the kids to have their own space. The dining room is a great size for family games at night with a huge deck giving even more space to sit and relax.
We plan on going back next year!

Perfect home for big family or group.

We just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. We were up north for our daughter's wedding and needed the extra space for family and guests. At least two of the nights we had 14 people including twin 9 month old babies and four other children. This townhouse was perfect. It was clean, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Kathy and Jeff were a pleasure to work with and their home is lovely.

We absolutely recommend this condo.
