North Conway Vacation Rental condo

I rented this condo for a surprise 40th birthday for my husband for 10 days and invited friends (with children) to join us on the two weekends. We had 11 adults and 5 kids one weekend, and 7 adults and 5 kids the next, and there was more than enough space for all to spread out and enjoy the comfortable rooms. The pictures do not do this condo justice - it is much more spacious and airy than it appears, and it was spotless. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to correspond with. We have wonderful memories of our trip and are looking forward to making it an annual event. We stayed at this condo with our immediate family -4 families and 15 of us in all (ages ranging from 4 - 65) for 6 six days. The location is perfect for those wanting to ski or vacation at Cranmore (or shop at the outlets) or any of the nearby mountains. The condo was very spacious and allowed us to spread out while still enjoying each other's company. Since we had both kids and adults with us on our trip, it was very nice to have two living areas, TVs, etc. We really liked the open layout and loved our nightly fires in the fireplace. Each of the main living areas was large enough to accommodate our entire family and the very large couch in the upstairs family room was a big plus! The bedrooms are varied in size, with a huge master bedroom and closet- and a shower with great water pressure (I can't attest to the rest of the bathrooms- we drew the short stick and got to stay in the master bedroom)! The keeping room was extremely spacious and great for storing all of our ski gear out of the main area of the house. It was very easy to get at least 10 people at the dining area table, with 4-5 more seats at the nearby bar area. There is even a little loft where a particularly adventurous additional person could potentially sleep. The owners of the condo are extremely gracious and accommodating. We are hopeful to be back next year and years to come and make this our "second home" for our annual trip to New Hampshire.

Do not look any further! This is your place. It is every bit as wonderful as it appears on line. Ours was a yearly girls shopping trip. There were 11 of us overnight and had there been 16 we would not have felt crowded. Even the bunk beds are comfortable. How often can you say that! The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and tableware you could need...not to mention the martini glasses! There is even a wet bar so this is the place for a long vacation. It is the best ski house I've seen and I owned one. The foyer is a great mud room with lots of cubbies for boots/helmets and a large closet. I can't think of a thing I would change. For families there are two living rooms and large TV's, video games and stereo. There is a wonderful deck off the living and dining room area and a grill for use in the summer. We will definitely go back if it's available next year.
