Now available, the front unit in a building of five, has just been newly furnished. Near all: Beaches, 4 miles, Old Town, 2 miles, The Gaslamp/Convention Center/Petco, 6 miles, Hillcrest, 5 miles, the Zoo, 5 miles, Sea World, 2 miles, shopping/restaurants at Fashion Valley Mall, 2 miles. Rather than drive, take an easy ten minute walk to the Trolley to access many San Diego attractions. This is a fantastic four level layout offering privacy and view. A private deck, with barbecue and table, offers a place to enjoy the wonderful weather in San Diego. The living room has a flat screen TV with Cable including Showtime. It also has wireless internet, a DVD player, games and travel information about San Diego. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and a washer and dryer. Everything from the coffee pot to dishes and silverware is brand new. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full/twin bunkbed.

The condo is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Great location - close to beaches, Sea World and downtown San Diego.
The Fashion Valley shopping mall is within walking distance - all the major department stores are here and also some good reataurants
Diane was a pleasure to deal with and the booking process etc was very easy
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This is a great place to stay, the house is fully furnished with a great kitchen where we have been able to cook dinners. The house is very nice with 2 double beds and a single bed. The patio is very nice once the evening cools down. The house location is very convenient, near a shopping center and cinema, not far from San Diego’ zoo and the Sea World. It is also easy to access from and to the motorway. Parking is easy on the street. The neighborhood is nice, very quite, great for relaxing vacations. Highly Recommended !!

Great Value

This Condo was a good price considering the size and layout. Five people were comfortable and the four different levels, big kitchen and balcony really make it feel spacious.
Its right by Hwy 5 and 8 so just a short drive to the beach, downtown and North San Diego. For Golfers it is a quick trip to 3 different courses, a fun pitch and putt at Presidio HIlls in Old Town, a nice executive course at Tecolote Canyon off Claremont avenue and a full championship course at Riverwalk on Friars Road.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers

Home Away from Home

Great Beach Vacation Tucson, AZ

We stayed at this condo the later part of July so it was a bit muggy but there are plenty of fans to keep you cool. This condo throughout was immaculate with a well stocked kitchen if you plan to have dinner in. The kitchen was so nice that we ended up saving money by having breakfast and cooking a few dinners over the time of our stay. The gas grill on the patio worked great and was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location is great, it was very close tp Mission and Ocean Beach and very close to Sea World. Also, downtown is not far at all if you jump on the interstate. There is an incredible mall and shopping area nearby and close together. Also, the light rail stop is nearby if you want to save on gas. The only tough part was parking in the evening. If you arrive home after 8-9pm many of the spots are taken. Our son enjoyed the bunkbed and there is plenty of drawer and closet space. We plan to stay here again!

Great vacation!

We have been in this condo for 4 weeks with our two girls (5 and almost 2 years old). The room upstairs was the children’s room and the kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. The kitchen was great with everything what we need for cooking. All rooms are furnished very nicely. The condo is situated very close to see world and the ocean beach, where we have spent plenty of time. The owners are very friendly; so that we felt welcome. All in all we can really recommend this condo!
