Area is Questionable

A police officer informed us of gang and drug activity in the area. The home was not clean when we arrived and we had to wait 90 minutes in driveway prior to entering the home. The street is very noisy. A neighbor was peering in our window . The pool filtration system was not working. The house was unclean.
Owner's Response: This review is a total contradiction of what we were told by the Brogans. After departing, they indicated they had a wonderful time and would like to return next year. This was before we found out by our cleaning service, our house inspection person, a neighbor and the next guest in the home: that the home was left "trashed" by this family, took over twice the time to clean and they left permanent stains on the living room carpet. This was the first time we had ever had a problem with any guests, and due to the fact we had to pay the cleaning service double their normal rate because of the extra hours cleaning required; we then passed this cost along to the Brogans, and didn't deduct anything for the stained carpet. This is a real bad case of "sour grapes", with no truth to their statements; none of which were raised by them until they had to pay for the extra cleaning. Please note our other reviews and ask for references, which we will gladly supply. Thank you.
