This home has all the water and sun you could ever desire. Your home is a bright, modern two story picture of peace and tranquility. Downstairs is the large family room complete with wide screen TV and open to the fully equipped kitchen complete with Sub-Zero refrigerator. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a king sized sleep number bed, wide screen TV and an outside veranda the length of the home overlooking the Gulf. Dream house

This is a dream house. Everything is top of the line. It is way better than the description given. The house was spotless and everything looked new.Its right on the beach at the begining of a string of single family homes. Most of the other homes were empty so most of the time you had the beach almost to yourself. It is very peaceful, but if you get in your car and drive down the road either way you will find plenty of bars, reataurants and stores. Also the parks are not far away either. The ages of everyone in the house ranged from 9 years old to 55 years old and everyone loved the house. There is something for every age to do. Young or old and in between you will enjoy this house and the surrounding area. If you would like to stay in a first class house right on a beautiful private beach and watch the beautiful sunsets then i would highly recommend this house. we all loved it and can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Awesome house, Amazing location!

Stayed for a week, mid-April. Loved, loved, LOVED everything about this house. Beautifully decorated, well thought out floor plan - spotless on our arrival. Views of the beach are amazing from the balcony off the master bedroom. Literally steps to the ocean. Beach was very private - had it almost to ourselves the whole week. Saw several dolphins (they swam in very close to shore in the early evenings and mornings), fish, even a stingray. Several activities nearby - went deep sea fishing (highly recommend FishTaxi charters), Pirate Ship at St John's Pass, Clearwater Aquarium. Or you can just sit on the beach, splash in the waves and enjoy some downtime. House had several toys and boogie boards etc to use (we added a few to the collection as well). The owner and property manager were both very helpful from the beginning - easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Would have stayed a month if we could! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Beach holiday near Clearwater

Truly a beautiful location, with high quality furnishings throughout the property. You walk straight onto the beach at the back, as seen in the picture, you can see the reflection in the windows, and if that isn't enough sun there is a balcony from the front bedroom to catch the sunrise. The neighbours were very welcoming as was Don at the property management company. Indian Shores is a short drive from the centre of Clearwater with eating and drinking locations within easy walking distance. It is also a good base to use if you wish to go to Busch Gardens or just stay at the house and walk for miles down the beach.

Wonderful Florida Beach House

We were delighted with our recent vacation in Indian Shores, Florida. The house was perfectly suited for our family and the convenience to the beach and great restaurants was wonderful. The house was perfect for 4 adults and two children and very well maintained. The master bedroom is absolutely beautiful and has stunning views of the beach and ocean. Several of the restaurants we enjoyed were Keegan's, Guppy's and Salt Rock. My husband and I also played golf at Innisbrook Golf Club, which was a quality experience. We would definitely recommend this rental property to anyone heading to Florida for a week of relaxation on the beach.

Dream vacation

When we walked into the home, the view literally brought tears to my eyes. We brought our family here for a relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we got. The home is immaculate (photos do not do it justice). We spent days on the beach and nights inside playing cards/games (all provided) ~~ after enjoying a magnificent sunset every evening. Each morning we asked the kids if they wanted to "go" do something -- the answer was always just wanting to hang out on the beach. It really feels just like your private beach - just magnificent!!! We'll be back for sure!!!
