Enjoy Petoskey's spectacular million dollar sunsets from either of the two decks of your unit or from the large community sun deck at the edge of Little Traverse Bay. Swim in the heated pool or at the 600 foot private beach located adjacent to the Petoskey State Park. Take long walks on the continuous beach or use either the hiking trails within the State Park or the paved Rails-to-Trails Bike Path that runs through the property. Using the bike path, walk, jog, bike, or roller blade a short two miles to downtown Petoskey or six miles to quaint Harbor Springs. Conveniently located to all amenities including restaurants, grocery store, fast food outlets, miniature golf. Park your car to save gas and take an easy walk to these many activities. Located on the north end of Petoskey near the intersection of US31 North and M119. Tannery Creek is conveniently located within a 10 to 30 minute drive of downtown Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Charlevoix, or Machinaw City. Each city is loaded with great restaurants, quaint shopping, and many different family oriented indoor and outdoor activities. Mackinaw Island is also very convenient and a great location for a day trip. Boat slips by the day or week are available in either the Petoskey Marina or Harbor Springs Marina, but call ahead through the DNR to reserve your space.

Security Deposit will be returned after inspection approximately 15 days after day -of-departure. Deposit not refundable if canceled inside 30 days, and no refund inside 15 days.

Cross country skiing available at these three resorts as well as on the bike trail and on the trails of Petoskey State Park. Sledding and ice skating also available at Petoskey's Winter Park.

Family Activities: Many great family activities within 10 miles including fishing, boating, miniature golf, indoor miniature golf, bowling, movie theater, batting cages, go carts, nature trails, paved 26 mile bike path between Charlevoix and Harbor Springs, sandy beach for Petoskey Stone hunting, and much, much more. Within a short drive to an indoor water park at Boyne Mountain, or an outdoor water park at Mackinaw City. Also easy day trips to Mackinaw Island.
