Atlantic Ocean beachfront Penthouse fully furnished located in Chalets de la Playa in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. Condo complex has 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 kiddie pools, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 1 volleyball sand court, state of the art gym, children playgrounds, beautiful landscaping through out the complex, walking side walks bordering the beach, great for walkers and joggers. Our Penthouse has beachfront views from the balcony, dinning room, kitchen, a bedroom and the large L shaped terrace. The terrace is completely furnished, with a bar, sink, large grill and the most wonderful ocean breeze and direct ocean view. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, beach access, outdoor showers. Other beautiful beaches within a few miles. Wal-mart, K-mart, 2 Econo grocery stores, Walgreens drugstore within 5 to 15 minutes from condo complex. Our condo is located in the north central area in Puerto Rico (Atlantic Ocean Side). We are 33 miles from the San Juan International Airport. Car rental is necessary. My favorite beaches are Playa de Puerto Nuevo 1/2 mile from the condo, Mar Chiquita 6 miles, Los Tubos Beach 5 miles, La tuna Beach in Arecibo, Sardinera Beach in Dorado, Isla Verde Beach, Carolina 35 miles, Luquillo Beach 80 miles, The Rain Forest 75 miles and Rincon Beach 90 miles. Also you can visit Tortuguero Lagoon in Vega Baja. El Morro fort Old San Juan 25 miles, Arecibo Observatory. Go golfing in Dorado at the Dorado del Mar gulf club, Hyatt Dorado Beach or Hyatt Cerromar Gulf Courses. For Night life and casinos in the hotels in the Condado and Isla Verdes area hotels. Take ferries to the Islands of Culebra & Vieques from the town of Luquillo.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellations made within a 30 day period before checking in time date a $350.00 penalty fee will apply

Notes: Any persons that can not climb stairs can not be accommodated. This is a none smoking condo. Smokers must go outside to smoke. If we notice that some one smoked inside the condo they will be responsible to a complete cleaning of walls, furniture and will have to pay for the amount of the cleaning. Owners are allergic to smoke and one of them is asthmatic

We recently visited Puerto Rico in mid March and stayed at this condo. The description of the property given on the this site does not begin to describe it. It was emaculate, beautifully decorated, more room that I expected and the view was unbelievable!! The owners gave very detailed instructions regarding the condo and area surrounding it which made us feel very comfortable with exploring the area and helped to make us feel right at home. You can see the ocean and the mountains from the second floor balcony and the view from the terrace was amazing!! We cooked out on the grill at night and enjoyed the beauty of it all including listening to the waves and the coqui frogs in the evening. The property is maintained beautifully. I love the location of this condo not only for the views but the fact that the balcony overlooks the courtyard as well which has a playground. Anyone with children (as I do) would find this extremely useful to keep an eye on the children while they play. The gated beach gave me added comfort that the kids would not wonder onto the beach without our supervision. Vega Baja is conveniently located to many sites of interest (including easy access to the "interstate" and I thoroughly enjoyed walking around the town itself and enjoying the views and small eateries located within mins of the condo. The Beaches are spectacular and we enjoyed many hours of combing the beaches for shells, seaglass, etc. I would go back over and over again! We intend to make this our condo of choice each time we go back!
