Le Petite Cottage is as nice as any hotel suite in Venice or Santa Monica for half the cost. Just 1/2 block to the beach, this charming French country suite has two extra long twin beds that can be made up as one king. The suite is decorated with delightful shabby chic furnishings and there's a lovely, tranquil garden patio. Le Petite Cottage has a cozy kitchenette w/ two burners, a microwave, and refrigerator. The suite comes complete with flat screen HDTV; Blue Ray DVD player; cable; WiFi; heating & air conditioning. Sleeps 2 very comfortably. One parking space.

Great little beach apartment!

We stayed at Le Petite Cottage in July, 2009. We loved the location and the decor of the studio apartment. The owner's assistant was very nice and thorough when explaining where the keys would be, where to park our car, etc. The studio comes with a coffee maker and cooking supplies, which was helpful. There are only two small things that were a bit disappointing. The first is that you could hear the other tenants in the building (there is an upstairs unit and a unit on the same level). Ear plugs were a must when going to sleep. Second, the patio sitting area is small and not private, which from the website pictures, it appears to be larger and private. All and all, I would recommend staying here.
