THIS is the unit you've been looking for!! Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo allows all the comforts of home with all the amenities of an upscale vacation resort. This beautifully decorated unit creates a comfortable, relaxing environment with outstanding, unobstructed 180 deg views of the Gulf from the enormous 7th floor balcony. You'll be hypnotized by the breathtaking sunsets and energized by the soothing ocean sounds heard from the Master Bedroom and Great Room.

The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, TV, DVD Player with a large walk-in closet, balcony access, walk-in shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, TV and adjoining bath. The third bedroom is perfect for kids, and also has a queen bed.

The Great Room features a queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, CD, and stereo. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen features granite countertops and is fully equipped for a gourmet meal. There is a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. The 9 foot ceilings throughout the unit create an open feeling.

Grandview East is located on the quiet side of Panama City Beach. In addition to the newly renovated pool deck, amenities include two heated pools and fitness center.

You will be minutes away from restaurants, attractions, movie theatres, shopping and water sport rentals. The airport is 20 minutes away and Pier Park is only 3 miles away. On-site management and security complete the experience.
