R & R Retreat, the luxury vacation home in the heart of the Green Mountains at Killington ski area.

Whether your winter sport is downhill or x-country skiing, snowboarding or snowmobiling you will find it at Killington.

This beautiful home is located on Killington mountain just yards from the access road, the heart of Killington mountain. Walk to the shuttle bus or drive to the slopes. Three ski lodges (for any ability) are located 2-3 miles from the house. You will also find restaurants and clubs, shopping and more along this same road or go into Rutland or Woodstock, both only a 20-30 minute drive.

This wonderful, open floor plan house lets you enjoy the serene, wooded views from all sides starting with the walls of magnificent floor to ceiling windows in the spacious living room. After a hard day of fun, relax in front of the beautiful stone gas fireplace after a dip in the 8 person hot tub accessed through the walk-out basement.

The gourmet kitchen, open to the living room, boasts green granite counter tops, all stainless steel appliances and an island with built in wine rack. The dining room seats 10 and is surrounded by windows to enjoy the view during any meal.

There is a large, first floor, master bedroom suite with king bed and walk-in closet. Master bath has his & hers marble top vanities. Relax in the jetted tub or take a nice hot shower. The upper level has a large loft overlooking the living room and 2 spacious bedrooms; one with queen bed, 2 single beds and private bath, the other with queen bed, set of bunk beds(for children) and the bath right outside the door. Perfect for families, couples or singles.

The mudroom, located on the first floor, has shelves for boots and ski paraphernalia as well as a washer/dryer. A ski closet is located right outside of the separate entrance. Sit on the wrap-around porch where you can take in the fresh mountain air during the day and the stars at night. Plenty of parking available.

Great Family Weekend

Just returned from a great four day weekend at R and R's beautiful home. The living area with the open flow to the kitchen dining area was truly relaxing...the radiant heat worked SO well you have to turn it down hours before you want your room cooler...if that is what you want at night. The place was spotless when we arrived, beds were made, driveway well plowed...we were there with our three grown children and their spouses and have nothing but good things to say. Blair and John
