Features & amenities: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave/grill oven, kettle, laptop+Internet Broadband Access, Skype credit for guests. This flat can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people for short term rental. Perfect for families spending 4 or 5 days in Rome! PLEASE NOTE: Rates include electricity, gas, air conditioning, hot water and final cleaning. This apartment is located in the heart of Prati, very close to Via Cola di Rienzo, one of the most famous shopping area with a good selection of clothing, shoes and food shops. It is also possible to walk to some of the major sites very easily: St.Peter's square, Castel S. Angelo, the Vatican Museums, the little neighborhood of Borgo Pio just outside Porta S. Anna (Vatican city). Even Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Navona are reachable on foot.

This newly refurbished apartment has been in our family since 1930. Refurbishment was managed by 2 architects who have brought a rare feeling of clarity, character and style to a really unique space. It is superbly located for visiting the Vatican and the City as a whole, and my husband and I are always available for advice and guidance on the best and most interesting bits of Rome.

The apartment worked very well for us. We could walk to all the major site, or catch the Metro on a rainy day. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. After spending three weeks in hotels, this was very welcome.

It is so conveniently located for everything:shopping, restaurants, transport to everywhere in Rome and of course the Vatican. Shame we only had 4 days as we were feeling quite at home. Hello fellow travelers,
This apartment is truly a delight and we enjoyed every day and night of our stay! The owners have done a wonderful renovation
of this charming apartment. We found it an oasis of comfort and serenity and wish we could have stayed longer! It is very close to the Vatican and we enjoyed walking from there or catching a bus to explore the wonderful sights of Rome. Alessandra (the owner) was so kind and helpful. She has thoughtfully considered every detail, from the welcome basket to the guidebooks of the city and a notebook of information about what and where restaurants, cafes and markets are in the neighborhood. We hope to return here for another memorable Roman holiday!

Perfect Apartment for Rome

Alessandra made us feel right at home from the second that she met us on the street and accompanied us to her charming apartment. It was sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet (truly a home away from home. A gift basket of food was on the table complete with a bottle of wine and a box of cookies. The location was amazing! We easily walked to St.Peter's, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Nevona and more churches than we could count. When needed, the Metro was minutes away.
Alessandra was most helpful in giving tips to good eating places and made herself available to us should we have any questions. She even arranged for a driver to the airport. There is no doubt that we would recommend this apartment to all our friends and anyone else who wants to enjoy their stay in Rome.

Thanks to Alessandra for how helpful she has been.
The welcome basket was so generous & the apartment is fantastic.
Location is great, only 10 mins from Vatican and Metro stops.
We found a lovely restaurant called 'Abruzzese', which is 2 minutes by foot.
I especially recommend the bruschette with garlic to start and the calzone.
All in all it has been an amazing honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for more.
We are definetely going to recommend this apartment to family and friends.
