This penthouse is more than twice the size of a typical 4 bedroom condo, giving you and your family plenty of space to relax. The master bedroom has a king bed, over sized walk in closet, separate sitting room with access to the patio, a jetted tub and walk in shower. The second master has a king bed and a private bath with a shower and jetted tub. The third bedroom is a queen room and the fourth bedroom has two full size beds that, if necessary can sleep 2 in each full bed. The third bathroom connects to the full bedroom. The family room has a fold out sofa for extra sleeping space. The penthouse is 3500 square feet and has a 1500 square foot wrap around patio. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed internet access, TV/dvd player in each bedroom and a full laundry room. The penthouse is 3500 SQ. FT. and has a 1500 square foot wrap around patio. Our four bedroom penthouse is located on the 10th floor of Grandview West with a spectacular view of the coastline. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet access, TV/DVD player in each bedroom and a full laundry room. The master bedroom has a king bed, over sized walk in closet, sitting room with a sofa and 2 comfy chairs, a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The second master has a king bed, third bedroom is a queen room and the fourth bedroom has two full size beds that, if necessary can sleep 2 in each full bed. The family room has a fold out sofa. Grandview has a covered parking lot with a reserved spot for our penthouse guests. We have an exercise room and heated pool as well as beach service.

Panama City Airport is a short 10 minute drive from Grandview Condominiums. We are within 5 miles from Pier Park, a great shopping center, many restaurants and a water park. There are deep sea fishing charters, pontoon and jet ski rentals just down the street. Several golf courses, mini golf, skate rink, bowling and arcade within one mile from the condo. Panama City Beach has something for everyone in the family within a very short drive from our condo. ~ 3 NIGHT MINIMUM

Local Golf Courses: Signal Hill Golf Course, Bay Point Golf Course, Hombre Golf Club, Shark's Tooth Golf Club, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Camp Creek Golf Club, Holiday Golf Club and several more.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Big beautiful balcony with gorgeous view. The only issues we had were low water pressure and no locks on the bathroom/bedroom doors. Since there were 12 in our party, male and female, it was kind of awkward not having locks, especially on the bathroom.

The beach was very pretty but I would not recommend visiting during spring break. Very noisy and terrible traffic. Although, since we were on the 10th floor the noise didn't carry too loudly.

This property was beautful. I had everything including the view. It was more than spacious and had all the luxury one could want. We will definitely vacation here again. I was surprised it was available. It probably will not be after this review.
