Enjoy long walks on the Beach, or on a 3/4 mile Beachfront Sidewalk that has Exercise Stations along the way, or in the lovely tree shaded neighborhood where the 10 acre property resides.

There are 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis and 2 Oceanfront Decks to enjoy. Cabannas are available on the beach to keep you in and out of the sun. You are also within 4 blocks of Pine Lakes International Golf and Country Club, a Food Lion Grocery Store, a Drugstore, Minature Golf, The Carolina Roadhouse and 5 -6 other Nice Restaurants.

This is the site of the former elegant Ocean Forest Hotel Of the late 30's and early 40's where the Rich and Famous relaxed. The greatest area along the entire Grand Strand and possibly the Atlantic Seaboard.

Great Location- Unit # A112 1st Floor, Great Ocean Views,

1 back from Oceanfront. Easy Unload/ Load -- Back up to 15' from Balcony and hand bags over railing.
