Ground Level : On the ground level there are two spacious bedrooms with a queen and king size bed. There is a full bath as well as a washer and dryer. Also on the ground level there is a kitchenette and a small living room area overlooking the water. The ground level is completely private and separate from the upstairs. It is a great house to bring two families to because you can be completely private from one another yet share the cost of vacationing together.

Second Level: Upstairs on the main living level there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the bedrooms have 1 king in the master bedroom, one full in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. The living room and dining room are spacious and overlook the canal. There is also a breakfast bar with several stools and seating for 6 at the dining table inside as well as seating for 6 at the outside table on the upstairs screened porch.
