'The Pelican House' - NEW HOUSE. This is an OCEAN FRONT HOME, with huge open decks on the first floor and on the second floor. The 3 master suites have their own access to the outside decks. Private, direct beach access with outside shower. There is a screened porch on the main floor, game room with pool table, fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, washer and dryer, central heat/air, cable TV, parking underneath the house for four cars.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. We have rented from realty companies in the past so I was a little wary of renting through this website, but the rental process was super easy and my contact addressed any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. This was our 7th annual trip to Folly Beach and this was probably the best property we've stayed in so far. The house was in excellent condition, and exactly as described, except for one thing. In the photos there is a TV in the living room, which there is not any more, although there are TVs in all the other rooms so it was no big deal. There was plenty of room to accomodate 12 people. We would definitely rent this house again in the future. Thanks!

We rented in late May 09. We had high expectations but we were pleasantly surprised how this house was so much more! The rooms were great - the parking perfect (however pay attention to the On-Street parking across the street) and the materials ued to build were top-knotch! We plan on renting again next year - and the next year after that... The location was perfect too! There are only 4 things that we can think of to correct - 1. Would be a nice addition - stairs down to the ground (parking area) from the shower portion of the deck (taking the little path through the cactus is PAINFUL!!!). 2. The Wide-Screen Sony TV is really on its last legs - it was difficult even to watch. 3. The mention that Wireless Internet is available in the house is false (or if it is - we could never get it to work, even thought there is Cat 5 outlets all over the place). 4. The pool cues are broken missing - couldn't even use the billiard table. However - those 4 things are paled in comparison to this beautiful home, the stellar accomidations and the luxury you will enjoy while during the week you are fortunate enough to have! Rent this home without any hesitation!

It's on front beach with huge decks. The beach is only steps away. There is open deck if you want to sun, shady parts if you want shade, and even screened areas if you want screen. The decks are such that you can even watch your children play on the beach from the decks. Everything is new and high end. We just absolutely loved it. We also found that there were 3 true huge master bedroom suites so no jealousy over who got the better room. The othe 2 bedrooms had a jack and jill bath so they felt like they had their own bath too. We are absolutely going back to stay. The house is on a nicer section of Folly too, away from the tacky touristy part closer to the pier.

I fell in love with this place the minute I walked in. The house is beautiful. If I could take the kitchen home I would. it is well stocked with plates, glasses,utensils, etc. Family friendly. Only caution is there are alot of stairs (as with any house on stilts). Family was here for my daughters wedding and the house fit us all, 12 and an infant. Bedrooms spacious as well as the baths. Family all want to come back. Nicolas and Kelly were great and got back to us immediatly when we had a question. We had a great timeand did not want to leave.
