One of the prettiest homes in the Grove. Wonderful, open, architectural floor plan with 5 different levels allows the outdoors in while creating dramatic and distinct spaces throughout this 5000+ sq.ft. home. The property has a lush tropical landscape including several varieties of bamboo, palms, tropical flowering plants, orchids, and bromeliads. A large lagoon pool, with grotto and waterfall, winds through the landscape. The house as well as all furnishings are brand new. Walking distance to downtown Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. Close to both Key Biscayne Beaches and South Beach.

Great central Miami location close to everything Miami has to offer! Walk to downtown coconut grove restraunts and night life, Biscayne Bay parks (Kennedy and Peacock), and waterfront restraunts (Chart house, Monty's, Scotty's, etc.). South Miami beach is an easy 15-20 minute drive. Virginia Key beaches are about 5 minutes away and Key Biscayne is a 10-15 minute drive with both ocean and bay side beaches (a bit more private than south beach). Virginia Key and Key Biscayne also offer hiking and bird watching in Bill baggs State park and Crandon State park, fishing charter boats, diving and snorkling, kite boarding, windsurfing, parasailing, waverunner and boat rentals, plane tours, golf at one of the PGA's former tour sites in Crandon park, and tennis. The upper keys including Key Largo are about 45 minutes away where you can swim with the dolphins, fish, dive, snorkle, etc.

What a wonderful house. Incredible acrchitecure inside and out. Four level house creates plenty of venues for eating, reading, relaxing. Beautiful touches throughout like marble floors, distictive bathrooms, gourmet kitchen. Furnished with high quality, contempory pieces that are cool, comfortable and stylish. It is truly like staying in YOUR $2MM house rather than some rental. Pool is unique and inviting. Great place for a family reunion; easily sleeps 10.

We were there for two weeks and wish we could have stayed for two months! Mike and Marissa are easy to work with and very repsonsive.

One of The Best Around!

The pictures just do not do this house justice. The layout and decor was subperb. The Pool is very nice. The patio is great for grilling and includes a gas grill. The Flat Screen plasma with cable was a plus. Truely a gem in a great location. the shower in the master bath was to die for.

As stated in the last review, pictures simply cannot do this vacation get-away justice. From the plush green landscape to the architecture, this place is a must if you are visiting South Florida. Convenient to downtown, Coconut Grove Shops and South Beach. Truly Americas Best Kept Secret. Owners were professional.

A Taste Of The Rich And The Famous!!!

This house is simply lovely! My family and i loved it and will stay here again. Very spacious, if you have kids and adults it's enough room for privicy. The pictures don't do this house any justice, it's much nicer than the pictures show. And one last plus, the owner's are great! We have stayed all over and these people are the nicest down to earth people we have ever dealt with! You can't lose with this one!!!!!!
