Having a family reunion? Retreat? Wedding? Funeral? Girls Getaway/Guys Hangout? Wonderful 6 bedroom, fully furnished house in a quiet cul-de-sac located in Stafford, VA which is 13 miles south Woodbridge. Sleeps 15-20 people. Enjoy the serenity of country living while relaxing your mind and body. You can bar-b-que on the deck or enjoy a nice book in the sunroom. Mini malls and restaurants are 3 miles away. Woodbridge and Potomac Mills mall is located 15 miles north. Fredricksburg malls and shopping are 13 miles south from the house. Washington D.C. is 40 miles north of our location. There are several local parks, trails and museums that you can visit.

Our family of twelve (4 couples, 1 single and 3 children) were very satisfied with this property. The experience is far better than a hotel as it allows for more interaction in common areas, but still has the privacy of separate bedrooms. Minor wear and tear issues addressed by owner when brought to her attention. I would definately recommend this property to anyone visiting the DC/Virginia area.
Since this was our first rental experience, we were very nervous before hand, but the property exceeded our expectations and even the description on the website.
Owner's Response: I am glad that you and your family were very satisfied at my home. My goal is to provide a place where you feel at home enough to really relax and to address any needs/concerns that you have immediately. My mission is to allow you to have a far better experience than you would have in a hotel.
