Located in the new Belmont Towers building just south of 1st street in the heart of Ocean City's downtown. Direct access to the boardwalk and many other of Ocean City's local attractions. Fantastic views of the ocean and boardwalk. A must see! Just minutes from the new Ocean Downs Casino. Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Whirlpool in master bath with a large balcony. Two reserved covered parking spots. Great kitchen, 4 TV's including 46' flatscreen in family room. Building has rooftop pool and putting green, fitness room, and sauna.

Located in the heart of Ocean City's downtown on its famous boardwalk, you won't need your car and there will be no shortage of things for you and your family to do on your vacation. Just relax on the largest beach in Ocean City or enjoy the view or people watch from the balcony of the condo. And don't forget about the rooftop pool or jetted tub in the master bedroom. Or if you're feeling restless, walk or bike the boardwalk where you'll find unique shops, galleries, restaurants, games, mini-golf, rides, and much more. There is trolly service available on the boardwalk and shuttle bus service available for all of Ocean City (just $2/day). Surf fish from the beach, fish the shores of the inlet, fish the bay, or charter a day at sea for some deep sea fishing. Go bayside and rent a boat, a jetski, or parasail. Assateague Island (where the wild horses roam), Ocean Downs casino & horse races, and many golf courses are all just a short drive from the condo. Come visit and enjoy!!

This place has everything you need for the perfect vacation. It is located near Ocean City activities, but if the only activity you want is to relax the condo itself provides that. It is clean and well furnished. It has a million dollar view from the balcony The 2 indoor parking spaces are significant because parking is impossible in OC. But if you don't want to drive there are good resturants within walking distance. I would recommend it for anyone, young and old alike !!

This place is the best right on the board walk and close to everything and the parking garage with the remote door is the best, never have to worry about parking. Can’t wait for next year.

Great place to stay

Just returned from our vacation and this property was a perfect location for our trip. The unit was very nice and it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the boardwalk. The owner is so easy to work with. I definitely recommend this unit!

A Great Place

This condo was nice on the inside, but it was the location that made it great. It is a perfect rental for families with teens. Everything is close enough to allow them freedom yet they are within monitoring distance. We parked the car and didnt use it till we left.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

My family and I have been going to Ocean City for 10 years now. We have stayed in some very nice hotels and condo's. But none of them compare to the quality, luxury or location of this property. We really liked the fact of having two parking slots. If anyone has stayed in Ocean City they would know the importance of this.The fishing pier is close. The Boardwalk is right there. And you are on the beach. This place is amazing. We will be making this our only plae to stay in O.C. from now on.
