Fantastic views of the ocean and boardwalk. A must see! Condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Whirlpool in master bath with a large balcony. Two reserved covered parking spots. Great kitchen, 2 TV's including 46' flatscreen in family room. Building has rooftop pool and putting green, fitness room, and sauna.

Located in the heart of Ocean City's downtown on its famous boardwalk, you won't need your car and there will be no shortage of things for you and your family to do on your vacation. Just relax on the largest beach in Ocean City or enjoy the view or people watch from the balcony of the condo. And don't forget about the rooftop pool or jetted tub in the master bedroom. Or if you're feeling restless, walk or bike the boardwalk where you'll find unique shops, galleries, restaurants, games, mini-golf, rides, and much more. There is trolly service available on the boardwalk and shuttle bus service available for all of Ocean City (just $2/day). Surf fish from the beach, fish the shores of the inlet, fish the bay, or charter a day at sea for some deep sea fishing. Go bayside and rent a boat, a jetski, or parasail. Assateague Island (where the wild horses roam), Ocean Downs horse races, and many golf courses are all just a short drive from the condo. Come visit and enjoy your stay!

Just returned from our vacation and this property was a perfect location for our trip. The unit was very nice and it was enjoyable sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and the boardwalk. The owner is so easy to work with. I definitely recommend this unit!

A Great Place

This condo was nice on the inside, but it was the location that made it great. It is a perfect rental for families with teens. Everything is close enough to allow them freedom yet they are within monitoring distance. We parked the car and didnt use it till we left.

My family and I have been going to Ocean City for 10 years now. We have stayed in some very nice hotels and condo's. But none of them compare to the quality, luxury or location of this property. We really liked the fact of having two parking slots. If anyone has stayed in Ocean City they would know the importance of this.The fishing pier is close. The Boardwalk is right there. And you are on the beach. This place is amazing. We will be making this our only plae to stay in O.C. from now on.

Great place to stay!

This place is great, the pictures look nice but do not do the place justice. We were the very first renters and the owner Jay could not have been nicer, we had to go through his management company to pay and check in and out, which we had a few minor problems with, but Jay was nice enough to take care of them for us. The property is located oceanfront on the boardwalk, with the master suite on the boardwalk side, I thougt the noise was going to be a problem but you can't even hear it. My mother slept in one of the other bedrooms in the back of the condo and said it was quite also. The location was perfect everything within walking distance we never moved our car all week. The Pool was nice and never crowded. The only negative thing I can even say is there is only on luggage cart for the whole building and we could not find it, so we had to make several trips to the car which was not really a big deal to us anyway. I would recommend this property to everyone! It was great, I would definately stay there agian and agian!
