I would recommend this property to people looking for somewhere easy and compact to stay. Good location 2 blocks from Columbus Circle Metro and the Park, accommodation was as described although we couldn't find the MP3 speakers (and didn't bother to ask the owners so its our own fault!). Was clean enough, the shower wasn't particularly powerful but did the job. Quite noisy neighbours but they quietened down early evening and clearly a little dog lives above as you could hear his claws scrabbling on the floorboards!

The owners were very accommodating and met us at 1.30am to give us the keys and take the balance of the rent, nice guys to deal with.

Very nice studio that allowed us to discover New-York during 3 days, close to everything (Subway, Central Park, Brodway). The studio is clean and easy to live in.
