Spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and fall foliage. Just 10 minutes to highway or excellent shopping in Freeport village with LL Bean and 100 outlet stores. Fine dining or casual restaurants, fresh lobsters, festivals, golf, art galleries, museums, theater, beaches, fishing, boating, and sailing opportunities. Boat launch at nearby Porter's Landing or Winslow Park.

Great Weekend

We stayed for a long weekend in May. The house was situated in a very private area. The house was clean and well equipped, grilling with views of the bay was especially nice. We enjoyed the wonderful views of the bay and the abundant wildlife including an Osprey nest with chicks we could see from the deck. We went for a walk in the state park about 1/2 mile up the road and were able to take a Kayaking class from LL Bean that explored the surrounding waters. It was a great weekend.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
