Cottage near the beach with all the comforts of home. Fully furnished including nice linens, towels, beach towels, sun umbrellas, beach chairs, toys for kids, air conditioner and a well equipped kitchen. Large wagon for hauling all of your beach stuff to and from the beach. Yard complete with a gas grill, fire pit and seating. Relax in the rocking chairs on the front porch as you look at the ocean. Cottage is a 3 minute walk from the ocean and walking distance to the pier and other attractions. Located on a quiet street with little traffic.

My family and I just returned from vacation at this cottage.Let me say first that we have vacationed in old orchard beach for many years so I am used to renting cottages.I really liked this cottage-it was very well equipped and the description accurate.The wagon was great for hauling all our stuff to the beach[including the baby!]The beach and most attractions are a short walk away.It would be great to have internet access but we had a great time.The owners were easy to deal with as we had a minor problem which they dealt with promptly.I would rent there again.

We had a wonderful time in this cottage. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Very clean and confortable cottage. Nice neighborhood.
