* Renters must be 25 years older-identity verification and proof of age (copy of government-issued ID such as passport or driver's license) is required
* Reservation Deposit - After receiving your notice of intent to rent (via email or fax), your reservation will go on a 48 hour courtesy hold while we receive your reservation deposit payment ($400). The property will only be booked and confirmed after receipt of 2-nights rental charge plus signed rental contract.
*Security Deposit: Rentals under 1 month: $300; 1 month or more: One month's rent. Security deposit is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. This security deposit portion is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provide no damage was found and all provisions are met.
*Cancellation Policy: up to 30 days prior arrival date- full refund less $100 handling charge , no refunds of either reservation or security deposit if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival -
*Rental is due in full upon arrival, except for monthly rentals, where 1st month will be due upon arrival and additional months will be automatically charged one week prior to end of monthly term. We accept cash, certified check, wire transfer. Credit cards and payments from your bank account are accepted via Paypal. Personal checks are NOT accepted.
*Cleaning charge: $60, optional maid service =$60/visit
*Pets are allowed for rentals 1 week or more, or +$10/night for rentals under 1 week.
*GPS unit is available ONLY IF REQUESTED AT TIME OF RESERVATION, at no cost for 1 week, +$10/day if you need it over 1 wk, with additional security deposit of $300 (payable with reservation and refundable upon the return of unit undamaged). This will be of great assistance to you while driving in P.R.
