Recently remodeled w/beautiful porcelain tile throughout & terrific open floor plan. Approx.40-foot heated pool with sunning area and still enough room for lap swimming. Dock for fishing or tie-up of your boat. Ten minutes and 1 bridge to Marco River, and then out to Gulf. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, blender, coffeemaker, coffee grinder & all other kitchen necessities.Bedrms: Bed linens supplied. Master: Queen bed, dresser, a television, radio alarm clock & clothes iron/board. Sliding glass doors to patio/pool or out to boat dock. Bedrooms 2 & 3: Two twin beds/dresser. Sleeper sofa in living room. Beach supplies for use include: Beach chairs, mats, some beach toys. Fishing poles and adult bikes available for guest use.

Home awy from home, but better

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week commencing 19 September 2009. We had a great time, the house was just as we expected and Beth was the perfect host. Wine and cheese in the fridge on arrival. My type of welcome. The house is not as new as some homes on Marco but this is more than compensated for by the beautiful pool and comfortable accomodation. Beth checked to see if everything was up to scratch through the week, although we had no complaints whatsoever. The location was great, near to everything we needed. Would we go again? In an instant.

Hey Everyone!!! your search for that fabulous vacation home is over!!! You have found it! no need to look any further. Some might consider our family as seasoned Marco Island visitors and we 100 % found our recent stay at this home to be the very best experience we have had!
clean, conveniently located w/ great ammenities!
( wait till you see this pool) i cannot say enough!
This home had that extra touch ( but kid friendly) that is so welcomed to find ( very well appointed) this place felt like home, but only better! We cannot wait to book this house again in 2010.

Great Family Vacation

My wife, my son (6) and I had a wonderful time at the house. It was a very restful vacation. The pool was warm and the house was neat a clean. My son enjoyed sitting at the game table to do his "homework" daily (it was a week out of school for him). He also loved jumping off the sun bathing area into the water. He snorkeled almost everyday around that pool. My wife and I had nice quiet times down at the dock fishing. The new fishing pools where a welcome sight!. We also rode very comfortably on the brand new bikes every morning. The tripple headed shower was a wonderful refresher in the morning.
The front load washer and wrinkle free steam dryer made "getting ready" for dinner a breeze...No Ironing! Beth was very hospitable and entry into the house our first night was like "coming home". We will definitely look to Beth again for a relaxing vacation on Marco!

We stayed the month of February '09 and it was wonderful. The house is nice, the pool is super, and Beth literally bent over backwards to make sure our every need was met. When our grandchildren visited during a cool snap, she did everything she could to make sure that the pool heat was adequate, and everything was perfect. She had 4 new bicycles ready to go, and fishing poles to fish off of the dock. The beach is only 3.5 miles away, and many restaurants are even much closer. The area is quiet and secure with very little traffic, and the lanai and grill provided many beautiful, fun evenings. This is a great place!

me and my wife had a most enjoyable two weeks in the villa it is very clean and spacious with fishing rods for all push bikes 2 gents 2 ladies brilliant facilities was made very welcome by beth and loved the area fish o/s the villa swim in the pool with the best charcoal barby i have used great washing and drying facilities easy access to naples/fort myers and the everglades the restauraunts are all of a high standard and all individual beaches are out of this world
