Excursions and Activities: Canmore has several world-class golf courses in some very scenic locations. The hiking is fantastic and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Mountain biking is on the door-step, and there are many places to rent your biked, ski gear and climbing gear. This home is minutes from the Canmore Nordic Centre, home of the 1988 Winter Olympics Nordic Skiing. You can rent your ski's and be on the trails within 30 minutes of leaving the door.

We loved this house in Canmore. We were two families with one child each and it was perfect. Everyone had their own room and there was more than enough space. We loved the trampoline, ping pong table, computer station, well equipped kitchen, numerous decks, outdoor grill, beautiful views and well maintained home. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the Canadian Rockies. We thought the drive to Banff was easy and we took two longer days and drove one to Lake Louise/Lake Moraine and the other to Yoho NP. This worked very well and we loved coming home to our comfortable, spacious home. We are big hikers and two of our favorite hikes were actually in Canmore. One was the Grotto Canyon hike and the other was the Grassi Lakes hike. This house really added to the enjoyment of our vacation.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Perfect Family Stay in Beautiful Canmore

Really enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully maintained and conditioned home...Would recommend this location as a home base to explore the surrounding areas (Banff, Lake Louise, Golf Courses, etc.)...The home owner made sure that our every need was attended for, she was very cordial, and provided us with tons of helpful information for first time visitors...Home has incredible views of surrounding mountains in a quiet residential neighborhood away from the hustle of downtown Canmore (but only 5 minutes away)...Made full use of the outdoor decks, bbq grill, and extensive kitchen...would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
