Great Experience

Cheers to Tom and his team for a great (and easy) experience. Our initial inquiry/questions to Tom and his team were addressed very promptly. We stayed here June 22nd through the 27th. The view is incredible and the private rooftop is perfect for a scenic breakfast and a late afternoon beer or cocktail. Once you arrive you shouldn't have to venture more than 5 minutes by vehicle for anything. Villa is nicely secluded and quiet but still very convenient to reach from Aguadilla. Rincon was a last minute choice for us, but it's back on our list for a 2nd round in the future.

Stayed at Puntas Penthouse from May 8 to 15 with my daughter and I had a great time! Condo was comfortable, had an awesome view of the ocean, and it was close to everything. My daughter who is a photographer was excited taking beautiful pictures of Rincon during our stay. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Rincon.

PS The owner Tom Harris was very helpful and accomadating. Thank you Tom!

Very Well Hidden

I am a native of Puerto Rico and I was pleasantly surprised to find this condo hidden away in Rincon. I loved the fact that it was very spacious, for three adults no less. Of course the view was breath taking every morning and evening. If you want to disappear for a few days, this is this place for you. (Cell phone reception is hit or miss, so to prepared to be cut off from others)
I loved the kitchen and my family and I cooked several meals, including some burgers and hot dogs on the grill up on the roof.
The pool was excellent and I loved the washer/dryer provided downstairs. Another plus was the remote controlled A/C in each room. If you have visited the island before, then you know this is very important to cut down on mosquito bites.
I will definitely put this on my list of places to stay at in P.R. Thanks!!!!!

A Great Getaway

We took our 3 teenagers with us to Rincon last December and had a great time. Having been there before I knew the lay of the land. This place comfortable holds four but we were able to get an inflatable bed for our daughter. Everyday at about 4-6pm I took a shower on the roof deck and while wrapped in my towel/robe took a nap in the hammocks! In the morning I had coffee on the viranda in the morning and searched the sea for whales. The kitchen was modern, clean and I cooked often when not eating out at the many great restaurants close at hand or a short drive up 413. (Lazy Parrot, Smilin Joes, Calypso, Shipwreck, just to name a few). The local favorite is Rock Bottom Bar & Grill (the bartenders are helpful and friendly) and Rincon has several favorite bakeries, a local tradition for bread and pastries. Our contact for this place was always helpful and for any little problems the arose(the parking gate sometimes went on the blink) I'd go back again. Nestled on the hill above the best 3 surfing beaches in Rincon! Also, I've been all over PR during Dec., Jan., Feb, and March and never in those months did I have considerably bad weather. Always another day in paradise! JPW
