This apartment located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of the San Juan Hotel & Intercontinental Hotel. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed and LCD TV with Cable tv. Also a full bathroom, living & dinning area, balcony with ocean view and has full a/c. The living-dining is huge has a LCD 32' TV with glass doors overlooking the balcony with the beach view. The apartment also offers underground parking. The condominium has, private Gym, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations.

One-half of rental fee is due at time of registration. The remaining rental amount, plus a $60 cleaning fee and a $200 security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Payment to be made by Credit Card (with PayPal services) or money order only.

The location is very convenient near restaurants, hotels and close to the airport. The property provides security and other amenities. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, good air conditioning which is a plus but the owner needs to make minor repairs. The property is well maintained. The owner was polite, corteous and on time to deliver and pick up keys, definetely I will stay again in this place and would recommend to friends and family.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing

Not very sure of the arrival date but stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. David whom I met shortly seemed like a very ambitious & efficient young man, very eager to please. His apartment was everything I expected & a little more. The place was very clean and I thought rather nice with a concern for style. Everything worked including the iron& ironing board. Good comfy bed, although I banged my head on the headboard 3 times be careful when you lay down. The place is close to everything: beaches, casinos, bars, restaurants & transportation. I considered it a good deal & has already recommended the place to friends. However a block away is The Ritz Carlton if that is more your style.

Good Location, Need Minor Updates

The location of the rental is great. It is only a few minutes away from the airport. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel nearby has a casino and nightclub. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. The bus line is about 6 minutes. Taxis were always outside of the condo.
Linens are provided. There is a laundromat on the 2nd floor. You will have to buy tokens from the office in order to work the machines. He has an iron. We did not use the ironing board because it looked old and dirty. The comforter on the bed had some stains. The drains in the bathroom are very slow. There are shampoos and soaps provided. They look like they were just left from a previous renter. The hair dryer almost caught on fire. The table is very wobbly. The view of the beach is not as close as the picture makes it seems. With a little sprucing up I think this would be a great place. We never met David. The deposit was quickly returned.
Owner's Response: I hope you had an awesome time here in Puerto Rico and come back in the near future. In regards to your concerns, the iron was verify by me personally and did not notice as mention that it was dirty also it is not old, the stains in the comforter were never found. About the drains in bathroom, this has a safety system to avoid obstruction to the lines but could be turn off underneath the vanity and shampoos are purchase for the use of everyone. Relate to the view of the beach, as mention in the description this is the not a front view beach apartment.

If you had these concerns it would had been great you had call me and we would had talk as previous clients have done. For example if the comforter had stain I would had gladly change it or if the blower did not work one would had been purchase immediately.

THE perfect location,got everything around like casinos,restaurants,beach,supermarket,etc.....EVERYTHING is from walking distance.super clean, security 24/7. I will recommend to any person this place. mr. david thank you for everything and I will see you again on my next vacation.

Great accommodation!

We were staying in the appartment for few days and absolutely loved it. Cosy and comfortable, with all theamenities and ocean view terrace. David greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything needed. Thanks!
