Excellent Location

This is our first stay in Isla Verde area and we really hoped for a good location. The apartment is literally in the center of all the tourist attractions. It is within short walking distance to major hotels/casinos, restaurants, groceries, and taxi. The beach is within a 3-minute walk. The major grocery store Pueblo is within 8-minute walk. My husband and I were going to rent a car for a few days for sight seeing, however, we ended up using taxi and local bus to go to Old San Juan and Candado areas.
The apartment could use some new wall and ceiling paint. The bed was very comfortable. We really liked the space: living room/kitchen/bathroom area. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. We had a plumbing problem with the sewer, the owner took care of our problem within 1.5 hours, which was great. We didn't use the balcony area even once, because it was windy up on the 12th floor and it was dirty and no patio furniture. Not that we cared for it anyway.
We even cooked a few meals in the kitchen, and used the washer and dryer located in the bathroom, which was very convenient.
