Both bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite, with separate shower unit. Master bedroom has king size bed, view across valley and of mountain, generous cupboard / storage space and window seats. Second bedroom has queen size bed, wardrobe and stain glass shuttered hatch to kitchen.
The large living room has antique wood burning stove, views of the mountain and valley, three piece sofa and window seats. Artitsts easel and writing desk - art lessons are available.
Total property size is approximately 1500 square feet.
Exterior:
The property stands in an acre of mixed aspen and fir woodland, commanding glorious views of mountain wilderness. It has a double car-port and additional parking. There is a tree-house. The apartment has covered terrace, furnished with rustic dining table and chairs. It is an easy 20 minute walk through the meadow along the creek to Stewart Falls, and there are miles of beautiful hiking trails in the surrounding area. The Sundance Resort offers 'haute cuisine' at the Tree Room Restaurant, and more informal dining in the Grill Room and Owl Bar, which features a year-round program of visiting Folk and Blues artists. There are also out-door movies at the Base, and concerts in the open-air Auditorium. Horse-riding is available at the nearby stables, and first-rate fishing in the 'Blue Ribbon' Provo river. Three mountain bikes are provided for the 20+ miles of trails, or you can simply ride the chair-lift.
