New studio apartment in owner's private home in quiet residential area on the Ogunquit River. Views of the river and ocean from the apartment and stone patio. Very short walk to both Ogunquit Beach with 3 1/2 miles of white sand and charming Ogunquit Village with shops and restaurants. Very private as their are no other rental spaces in the home.

Ogunquit means 'beautiful place by the sea'. It has a 3 1/2 mile white sand beach perfect for walking and bathing. There is a 1 1/4 mile walk called the 'Marginal Way' along the dramatic rocky coast which leads to Perkins Cove, a small quaint harbor. Attracted by these natural gems, Ogunquit Village and surrounding areas have many restaurants, galleries, and shops. The Ogunquit Playhouse is one of the few remaining summer stock theaters in the country.
