Relax and feel the beachy breezes on the balcony that is accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. Condo has 900 sq ft of living! Living room offers queen size pullout sofa and full size pull out loveseat plus TV. Queen bed and TV in bedroom and separate vanity area with additional sink and large spacious closet. Bathroom features two entrances (one from bedroom and one from living room) for privacy. Unit has been completely updated - check out the pictures! Grocery Store and restaurants a quick walk away! On site amenities include large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, club house w/wireless for surfing the web by the pool, and direct steps down to the sandy no drive beach! Sorry no pets..
