There is a dining area with large table and 6 chairs for entertaining, and a second table which doubles as a game table with 4 chairs. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with gadgetry for pizza, baking, crockpot cooking, crab pot steamer, and has standard dishes for inside or light, fun outside dishes and glasses.

The tile kitchen has maple cabinets, Corian counters, black appliances and wrought iron swivel barstools. The home features a first floor bedroom (#4) with a double bed and chair for reading which opens to a screened porch.

The motif throughout the house is seashell and country white and pine furniture, with relaxing spa green and blue color scheme accents against a relaxing neutral background.. There is a laundry and a 2 car garage with bicycles, scooters, inline skates, strollers, booster seat, and numerous board games and videos in the built-in cabinets in the great room. The second floor has wall to wall carpet, a huge king low-motion (tubes) waterbed in the Master bedroom with a TV and DVD/VCR combo, and private master bath with upgraded cabinetry, a corner soaking tub and separate shower.

The master suite opens to a balcony with rocking wrought iron chairs and a side table for enjoying your morning coffee with excellent views of the golf course. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with private bath with seashell decorations. The 3rd bedroom has a double bottom and single top bunk bed, along with another single bed. All upstairs bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs.

There is a loft area equipped with a convertible sleep sofa, dresser, and two night stands, a closet along with another TV and another screened porch with furniture for relaxing. There is another full bath off the large second floor landing in coral reef and Nemo decor. Near the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool; wave lagoon; hots tubs; restaurants; fitness center, spa; tennis; golf.
