Luxury 3 bed 4 bath villa on the Santa Clara golf course, Marbella. The villa is finished to a very high standard with marble floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen. All bedrooms are ensuite, there is a separate dining room which seats up to six, the living room which opens out on to the patio is equipped with sky TV, DVD and stereo. The villa has its own private garden with swimming pool, BBQ, patio heater, eating area, and sunloungers, with sea, golf and mountain views. There are also two communal swimming pools on the complex. All amenities are within a 5 min drive including shops, restaurants and bars. Marbella town is a 5 minute drive away, the town is full of designer stores and fabulous restaurants. A further 10 minutes will bring you to the millionaire’s marina Puerto Banus. The beach is 5 minutes away part of a 20km cove which surrounds Marbella, where you can view the rock of Gibraltar. The villa is located on the beautiful Santa Clara Golf course, Marbella. Although not far from Marbella Town you do get the feeling of being in a rural location. The property offers fabulous views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, as well as views across the golf course and the sea. Nearby is the town of Elviria with a full range of restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is only a few minutes drive away and is part of a 20 km sandy cove that surrounds Marbella

Golf: The villa is located on the fabulous Santa Clara golf course. As well as presenting a fantastic golfing challenge for players this magnificent club offers a range of facilities which includes an excellent pro shop and a beautiful relaxing restaurant which overlooks the 18th hole. Next door is Marbella Golf and the famous Rio Real Golf course is only minutes away. This villa is ideally situated for golfing holidays with many more courses minutes away.

We stayed in this villa as a family of 4; myself and my wife, our 22 year old son, and 79 year old mother. We have all been to the Costa Del Sol before and we like to get about and around the region. So the location was perfect for that. The villa was excellent for quality and living space. It could easily accommodate 3 couples, without having to bump into each other.

We used the garden and pool every day, and barbecued on quite a few nights, rather than heading into town. Also, because of the layout of the properties, the garden and pool are not overlooked at all.

The gated complex is very quiet and peaceful, and if you are looking to get away from it all, this will tick the box.

We are not golfers, but if you are, the Santa Clara course looks very inviting. There were even some cut price rounds on offer in September.

The property owner was very helpful and his property management rep in Spain was too.

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation.
